PRE-CONSTRUCTION REPORTING
Review all pertinent documents provided by the Borrower and their design and construction team to identify potential risks and contradictions and provide commentary and opinions on costs, quality and schedule of every project. This reporting phase is most commonly used by our lender clients in order to satisfy certain requirements for loan closing.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE REPORTING
Our monthly construction monitoring reports are for our clients' peace of mind during construction. The reports show if a project is progressing on schedule, on budget and that the quality of the work meets their expectations. If not, issues are identified, and solutions are offered in order to keep projects moving towards a successful completion.
